Come arredare una serra VINTAGE in giardino
Avevo una piccola serra da sistemare!
siete curiosi di vedere com’è adesso?
se mi seguite da tempo ( tra blog e social ho iniziato nel 2008 ) sapete che anni fa ho iniziato i lavori di sistemazione della mia serretta, 4 anni fa era così
Quindi per prima cosa ho riguardato i libri che avevo
per farmi ispirare, per avere delle idee
ad esempio, guardiamo insieme in questa foto, cosa notiamo?
1/ si possono coltivare le piante da interno, ad es. le palme come la Kentia e altre piantine, bulbose dallo stile tropicale
2/ si possono abbinare mobili differenti, qui ad esempio un pianoforte con una vecchia stufa
3/ si può abbellire e decorare lo spazio con sculture, tappeti e catini in ceramica
Questa serra inglese è decisamente chic
osserviamo insieme:
1/ mobili da esterno in ghisa bianco fine 800 o inizio 900
2/ cuscini colorati floreali
3/ cappelli di paglia e quadri appesi alle pareti
il libro dove ho trovato l’ispirazione ( penso ) sia un fuori catalogo è di Elizabeth Dikson “il gusto inglese delle case con giardino” Allemandi
IDEE da copiare
Quindi una volta ispirata, ho sistemato il vecchio scaffale sulla parete di fondo e ho aggiunto altri due scaffali sul lato di sinistra per appoggiare le mille cose che servono nella serra per l’orto e per la coltivazione, per la semina, per il trapianto ecc.
ho aggiunto anche uno sgabello alto e dei fiori secchi, un grembiule e dei ritagli di riviste alle pareti vetrate
per diversi anni l’ho usata così, con questo assetto, mi sono trovata bene … ma poi
poi ho deciso di cambiare ancora!
ho spostato lo scaffale centrandolo sulla parete di fondo, ho spostato gli altri due scaffali e ho aggiunto oggetti e mobili VINTAGE
Come abbellire la serra
1/ con un salottino VINTAGE di colore verde senape
2/ abbinato al divanetto c’erano le seggioline
3/ orologio da tavolo con campana in vetro, vassoio e vaso, e una lampada da tavolo con statua retò
mi piace talmente tanto lo stile della mia nuova serra vintage che ho aggiunto anche un tappeto, un portapane in paglia, un cesto per la legna, un cuscino ricamato con gatto e una brocca con catino in ceramica, oltre ai miei bouquet di fiori secchi.

I had a small greenhouse to fix up! Are you curious to see what it looks like now?
If you've been following me for a while, (I started blogging and social media in 2008) you know that years ago I started working on my little greenhouse.
Four years ago, it looked like this:
So, the first thing I did was go through the books I had for inspiration and ideas.
For example, let's look together at this photo.
What do we notice?
You can grow indoor plants, such as palms like the Kentia and other small plants, bulbs with a tropical style.
You can combine different types of furniture, such as a piano and an old stove here.
You can beautify and decorate the space with sculptures, rugs, and ceramic basins.
This English-style greenhouse is decidedly chic. Let's observe together:
Outdoor furniture in white cast iron from the late 1800s or early 1900s.
Colorful floral cushions.
Straw hats and paintings hung on the walls.
The book where I found inspiration (I think) is out of print. It's by Elizabeth Dikson, "The English Taste for Houses with Gardens" (Allemandi).
Ideas to Copy
Once inspired, I rearranged the old shelf on the back wall and added two more shelves on the left side to store all the essentials for gardening, planting, transplanting, etc.
I also added a tall stool, dried flowers, an apron, and magazine clippings on the glass walls.
For several years, I used it like this, and it worked well for me. But then...
I decided to change it again! I moved the shelf to center it on the back wall, rearranged the other two shelves, and added VINTAGE objects and furniture.
How to Beautify the Greenhouse
With a mustard green VINTAGE sitting area.
Paired with the loveseat were little chairs.
A tabletop clock with a glass dome, a tray and vase, and a retro-style table lamp with a statue base.
I love my new vintage greenhouse style so much that I also added a rug, a straw bread basket, a wood basket, an embroidered pillow with a cat, and a ceramic pitcher and basin, along with my dried flower bouquets.
