In inverno ecco alcune verdure che potrebbero essere coltivate nel vostro orto:
Cavoli, cavolfiori e broccoli sono verdure robuste che possono sopportare le temperature invernali. La loro struttura a foglia può offrire protezione aggiuntiva contro il freddo.
Le carote possono essere coltivate con successo anche in inverno. La terra umida e fresca favorisce la loro crescita.

In winter, here are some vegetables you could grow in your garden:
Cabbages, cauliflowers, and broccoli are hardy vegetables that can withstand winter temperatures. Their leafy structures can offer added protection against the cold.
Carrots can also be successfully grown in winter. The moist, cool soil promotes their growth.
Onions and garlic thrive in cooler climates. They can be planted in autumn to be harvested in spring, adding a flavorful touch to your dishes.
Savoy cabbage is known for handling low winter temperatures well. Its presence can add not only a productive but also an aesthetic element to your garden.

Remember to also consider using tarps or coverings to protect crops during the coldest days. My best tip? STRAW!
